Pirate Alley Po’ Boys is named after the famous pedestrian alley in the French Quarter of New Orle-ans, a city that brings much inspiration to Julep and its menu. Po’ Boys originated in 1929 in New Orleans for workers on strike and served as an affordable lunch option for those out of work. Chef Foster is bringing the concept into modern times to offer lunch at an affordable price point to RiNo’s business crowd, including construction crews.
